Silly me, the Homes for Texas Heroes and the Home Sweet Home LOAN Programs!
                       

The Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation has these 2 Texas Loan Programs available to those I mentioned above to assist them in becoming Home Owners! The Texas Heroes and the Home Sweet Home Loan Programs provide the following benefits to FHA, VA or USDA mortgage loans ...

• Down Payment and Closing Cost Assistance of up to 5% of the loan amount that is considered a Gift & never needs to be repaid
• 30 year Low Fixed Rated Mortgage Loan

And best of all,

• You do not need to be a first-time homebuyer
• You do not need to live in the home for any set period of time
